It was first Garba and Dandiya for me, first time I held sticks, but most exciting incident was when I got the award for best male dancer, n most surprising fact was that I had not done any preparation not even attended any practice session but on the day just went inside the circle of garba, n before it would have started I went to one of my friends who learned it, he explained me then and there how to make steps..huh!!
God I got all steps within five minutes, then dance started n I started matching steps with others.
And i was so perfect and got the eyes of judges that they had chosen me best among all.. Yippiieeeee.
