Correct me if I am wrong..
I personally think that if a person is running an organization then he should consider it as a living human body, which can work properly only if its all parts are working perfectly.
If one hand is defective another is working, can anyone fold a piece of paper seven times with the same perfection as he could have done with two hands. Ability of the same work becomes half. Similarly no one can see the world of his left side by his right eye. That is why people get treatment, cure for their defects so that they can work properly.
So if an organization has similar kinds of defects within what should be done to run it properly, should it be relied on its working departments and put a cover on defects?
Or, should it do some exercises to eliminate its all defects, and then be represented by whole parts fairly?
Which option will help this person to run this organization smoothly?
My personal opinion will favour second option that is suggesting to work harder to eliminate the defects and help organization become as a perfect HUMAN BODY!!

ReplyDeleteBut there is a huge difference between a human body and an organization i.e.you are the sole owner of your body, Its completely in your control, you can easily maintain it (if you are really passionate and interest in it).
Whereas an organization is a collection of people with different mind sets, different behaviors and different attitudes and that's what makes it more complicated and complex.
You are right and of'course you have more experience and knowledge, your words are acceptable and can not be questioned.
ReplyDeleteBut my question is still unanswered, and it was to those owners who believe in keeping a sheet with them all the time because they may need it to cover the defects instead of having a mind set to favour the provision of improvement..
according to me... person should continue to run organization with all possible available part for the existence of organization.... (like if someone lost one hand or any other body part, he should learn to be happy n alive with remaining body instead of loosing hope..)
ReplyDeletein meantime person running organization need to search for best substitute for departing part.. (like someone lost a body part need to accept/ adopt latest technology to fully or partially fulfill his requirement to be alive...)
I mean nothing can be stopped because of someone... however everything has its own value..
am i right?
